All artwork, images, text, and other content on this Site are the copyrighted property of Samuel Risler © [2026], unless otherwise noted. All rights reserved. No part of this content, including images of original paintings, prints, or written material, may be reproduced, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes without express written permission. 

 

Data Collected

a) Inquiries

When you submit an inquiry through the contact form, the site collects:

  • Name

  • Email address

  • Any message content you provide

This is used solely to respond to your inquiry about available or commissioned artwork.

b) Shop Purchases

When you place an order through the Shop, the site (and the payment processor) collect:

  • Name

  • Shipping address

  • Billing address

  • Email address

  • Order details (items purchased, amounts)

  • Payment information — processed securely via Wix Payments. The site does not store your full payment card details.

c) Print Fulfillment

Physical prints and merchandise sold through the Shop are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand (POD) provider. To fulfill your order, the site shares necessary order details (name, shipping address, order contents) with this provider.

d) Automatically Collected Data

The site uses Wix's built-in site analytics to understand general visitor behavior (e.g., page views, traffic sources, device type). This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you. Wix may also use cookies and similar technologies necessary for the site to function (e.g., maintaining your cart).

e) Future Mailing List

I do not currently operate an email newsletter. If I introduce one in the future, this policy will be updated to disclose what's collected (e.g., email address) and how you can unsubscribe, and you will only be added with your explicit consent (opt-in).

Data is collected to:

  • Respond to gallery inquiries and commission requests

  • Process, fulfill, and ship Shop orders

  • Communicate with you about your order (confirmations, shipping updates)

  • Maintain and improve the Site's functionality and content

  • Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax and payment records)

This site does not sell your personal data.

This site retains personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., order fulfillment, legal/tax recordkeeping), after which it is deleted or anonymized.

This site takes reasonable steps to protect your personal data. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to or through the Site.
